Beginning her journey in property management, she quickly ascended the ranks, showcasing an innate ability to optimize property portfolios and enhance operational efficiency. She’s held roles such as Leasing Specialist, Property Manager, Regional Manager, Regional Vice President, Vice President, and Senior VP where she had leadership of more than 6,000 apartment homes in 9 states plus the District of Columbia.
Throughout her illustrious career, Toni has successfully overseen the management of diverse property portfolios, ranging from market rate conventional to affordable housing. She is renowned for her prowess in developing and implementing innovative strategies to drive revenue growth, reduce costs, and enhance overall asset performance.

Toni is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and serves on the Board of Directors as well as an active member of the Property Management Association of DC. Harris has earned both her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification and Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. She is a licensed Realtor in the District of Columbia. Nationally, she has served on the Ethics and Hearing and Discipline Boards consecutively. She has also served as President of the Property Management Association of DC. Toni is a certified instructor with IREM as well as a faculty member of the National Apartment Association Education Institute.
