Savannah Wheeler

Savannah Wheeler is currently the CEO of Apartment Snapshot, a multifamily proptech company providing a data engagement solution to multifamily operators.

In her role as CEO, Savannah is applying her years of experience on the multifamily operator side overseeing data analytics, finance, accounting and IT to help solve real pain points our industry faces. She aims to make it easy for operators to build a data centric culture by helping teams get excited about data and owners make solid data based decisions to improve performance.

Previous to taking on this CEO role, she spent the last 17 years in the industry in roles such as SVP of Finance at Avanti Residential; VP of Finance, Treasury and IT at Mission Rock Residential; and Portfolio Controller at Hamilton Zanze & Company. Within these roles she oversaw multiple functions, giving her a unique perspective on the challenges our industry faces when trying to leverage all of the data we have available to us today and use that data to drive performance.

Savannah has a degree in Business Finance and International business, is originally from New England and now lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband and four children. When she is not working, she loves to spend time with her family outdoors in the beautiful Rocky Mountains.
