Carlyle began his career in 1990, within the multifamily residential market: responsibilities included combination of Corporate and On-site Operations experience.

His expertise is derived from three decades of management, marketing, strategic financial planning, acquisitions and third party management experience. Assets managed include REIT based portfolios, Conventional and Military Housing, Low Income Tax Credit and HUD communities.

His success is based on the proven ability to partner in leading organizations, departments and individuals in executing strategies that maximize NOI Goals, improve upon successful assets, re position challenged communities and enhanced team building.

He has acquired the following Multifamily Industry Certifications: CPM & ARM through IREM; HCCP, SHCM through NAHB and C3P through Spectrum; CAM through NAA and Military Designation CDPM II through PHMA. VA Licensed Realtor since 2005.
